AI FOR LONG ISLAND SMALL BUSINESSES

// Plain-English version

Terms

The rules of the road for using this site and working with us. Last updated May 2026.

Using this site

This site is published by ProcessPlus.ai. You can read it, share it, and screenshot it. Don't scrape it, don't use it to train a model, and don't use the chat assistant to do anything illegal — those terminate access without notice.

What we publish vs. what we promise

Numbers, ranges, and case examples on this site are illustrative and based on what we've seen across the kinds of small businesses we work with. Your numbers will be different. The only commitments we make to a specific client live in a signed proposal.

Project terms (when we work together)

Every engagement is governed by a one-page proposal that names the scope, fixed price, timeline, ownership, and support window. The headline points are always the same:

  • Fixed price, fixed scope. No hourly drift. If you change scope, we send a written change order before any new work happens.
  • You own everything we deliver. Code, prompts, workflow diagrams, runbooks, dashboards. We grant ourselves a non-exclusive right to reuse generic patterns, never anything client-specific.
  • 90 days of post-launch support included. After that, optional ongoing optimization at the rate named in the proposal. Cancel that anytime with 30 days' notice.
  • You can fire us. Documentation and access handover happen at the end of every project regardless of why it ended. No hostage-taking.

What we won't do

  • Build systems that send unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive outreach, or anything that violates TCPA or CAN-SPAM.
  • Build systems that deceive your customers about whether they're talking to a human. Disclosure is non-negotiable.
  • Take work in industries we're not equipped to do safely (medical advice, legal advice, financial advice). We'll tell you on the call.

Liability

We do our best to ship work that runs cleanly, but software is software. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is capped at the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If something we built breaks, we fix it — that's what the support window is for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute lands in the state or federal courts seated in Nassau County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The version above is always current; the date is at the top.
